The Columbia is Florida’s Oldest RestaurantSM, founded in Tampa's historic Ybor City in 1905. Family-owned and operated for 119 years, the restaurant has earned acclaim for old-world charm as well as for its award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine and wine list.

Open 365 days a year, including all holidays and serving lunch and dinner daily.

Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the dining room.

Flamenco Dance Shows: There is an $10 cover charge per person for guests over the age of 12.

Monday through Thursday dinner reservation times for the 7 p.m. show are 5:30, 6 or 6:30 p.m.

Friday and Saturday dinner reservations for the 7 p.m. show are 5:30, 6 or 6:30 p.m. and for the 9:30 p.m. show, seatings are at 8:30 or 9 p.m.

Reservations for dinner and the show are required. Please call the restaurant to check availability for reservations.

    This place is absolutely as fantastic as its reputation! I had the 1905 salad, the traditional paella and the beef empanada, and all 3 dishes blew my mind! You definitely should GO here during your visit to Tampa and make a reservation for sure! You will not be sorry! Enjoy!

    Vacationing and heard it was a must go too place with the suggestion to have the house salad…it’s was very tasty, fresh, uber garlicky, tasty tomatoes, lots of cheese and fabulous dressing. We had the prawn tapas pow amazing and don’t forget to dip your half baguette into that chili garlic oil …lastly we had the stuffed mushrooms..a bit underwhelming: cold, not much flavour, watery and just kind of bland. The house red wine was really complimentary to the salad and prawns it was really all we needed. Architecturally the building was impressive with its tiled exterior and eclectic interior. It’s very loud! So, if you want to have a romantic quiet place this is not for you but if you want vibrant fun energy check it out.

    We had a table in the main dining hall that included the evening Flamingo show. It was fantastic! The food was excellent, staff was attentive and the food was authentic and tasted great! Would definitely recommend this restaurant for a great experience!

    My husband and I were in Ybor for the day and decided to go for dinner to the Columbia. From the short wait we had, to being seated at our table, I knew it was going to be an amazing experience. Our server Keith was well rounded about everything my husband asked about. From the bread, to the end of our meal, everything was delicious. After our meal Keith encouraged us to walk around the restaurant, go up to tge 2nd and 3rd floors and look at everything. I've been to this location before, but was never aware of all the amazing things one could look at. It was so good, wevmet friends there the next day for lunch.
