The food was absolutely delicious, but the service was some of the worst I’ve ever had. I had to go walk up to the bar to try and order drinks for our server to realize we needed something. After that the server checked on us once and we stayed at the restaurant for 2 hours.

Con Murphy's is now my new favorite pub! The food was amazing. The customer service was top-tier and the atmosphere was fun and we really enjoyed the live music. Whoever the chef is we wanted to hug them because our food felt like it was cooked with so much love I will be back.

I had a party of 7 and we ate at Con Murphy for the first time. We LOVED it! We loved the location. We loved our server. We loved the food and the portions. We intend eat here often!

Lovely staff had gone in earliar in day to see where it was as we came from Ireland for the string bands in the new year murmers parade mainly Ouaker city string band.Had booked for new years eve meal.Connor is a lovely young man he served from behind bar.That night returned only complaint is high table at door be ok in summer but very cold each time someone walked in door even though it from size entrance from hotel .

Again, this is a 4.5 star restaurant—across all categories, including value and quality of food. The service, for me, was top notch—not only were servers attentive but were very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in making my experience enjoyable. I had some nice recommendations regarding some simple questions posed (burger or fish and chips? For which I was guided to an excellent burger at perfect requested temperature!) and my water and Guinness glasses were kept filled without the servers being too cloying. The Guinness was an excellent pour as well, and the Brussels Sprouts appetizer with kielbasa was a different twist and also well prepared. The only nitpick I had in terms of food was the hand cut fires, which were house made and fresh, were a bit tepid and flabby when served. The other nitpick was a seating issue—I was a bit nippy while seated at a hi-top in the bar area—the side door which was directly behind me let in cold air each time it was open. This is practically uncorrectable by the restaurant—so treat this not as a condemnation but as a pro-tip for your experience there (don’t sit behind that door in the winter!) And you should go—this was a quality experience and would go again (and again).

We went here for a date, and we loved this restaurant. The food is so good; it's really elevated Irish food, not like the quality you find in most Irish pubs. I had the best Fish and Chips I have ever had, and I was thrilled to see that they had Magners Hard Cider on the menu. It's so hard to find in this area. It was an amazing dining experience. The restaurant was noisy and lively, but we could still have a good conversation.

We sat outside in November. They had plenty of heaters and an open air type shelter. Was quaint. We had a variety of dishes between the 5 of us and everyone loved their meal. Would highly recommend.
