    We celebrated my wife’s birthday at Connor’s and had a very enjoyable meal. Our filets were prepared perfectly and the fried green tomatoes were excellent. Connor’s is our favorite place to eat in Huntsville and we’ve tried them all. You can pay more for a meal but you won’t get anything as good as Connor’s.

    We had a great time talking over delicious food. The noise level was low, so we could actually hear ourselves talk. It's a great place to have lunch or dinner. Could not improve.

    Connors never fails to deliver. The food and service was excellent as always. We had the fried green tomatoes, the bang bang shrimp, the ribeye, crab cakes and halibut. All were very good.

    We had to wait 15 minutes after our reservation time. We learned we were assigned a table and were waiting on the occupants to leave. Which explained why folks coming in (to include parties of 3) were getting seated before us (we were a party of 4). We asked for a booth but were sat at a table - it was by the fire place so overall very nice. The wait for food, drinks were excessive. We’ve never waited that long before at our visits. We asked for steak sauce when our meals were delivered and were literally half done with our meals before it was delivered. We ordered the Delmonico steak - we were a bit disappointed for the $75 price point as it didn’t have much flavor. We normally get the filet mignons and probably won’t divert again. All in all we left Connor’s and for the first time felt disappointed in the food quality and wait time for everything. Thank you for allowing us to share our experience with you.

    Waiting area is quite small especially for busy establishment. We were standing over people for a solid 15 mins after our 5:30 reservation. Lobster dip, bread, lobster bisque, mashed garlic potatoes and sweet potatoes fries were all just “Ok”. Wife and I expected a little better. But… our steaks were top notice food. I got the USDA Prime and she got the sirloin. Probably some of the best steak we’ve both had. So would I go back yes. But I definitely would really only go for the steak next time.

    Connors is always consistently great food. Their menu options have something for everyone. Their salads and steaks are a cut above other restaurants and the atmosphere is cozy and romantic!
