Food is great but the real frustration is the parking situation as no clear direction for the shuttle bus and we were going in circle to find the lot for 20 min. The staff on the phone was not that helpful and told us to park at a random spot and said that is fine and then we walked another 10 min to the restaurant. Our server was kind and told us later that the spot we parked is not their parking lot and was kind enough to help us out for parking at the right spot in the middle of our dinner. Needs more clear direction for shuttle

Great meats. My second time trying this place. First time was amazing. This time, service was a bit off. They brought the same meat 4 times and we didn't get to taste full menu. When asked for certain things it seemed like the servers were playing hide and seek with the grilled pineapple. Overall the experience was still a good, just not as good as the first time I had the experience. Will still come back and try again.

Our waiter was attentive and cleared empty glasses and plates promptly. However, while the food is delicious, our table was skipped multiple times throughout our dining time by several of the protein options. We had to request shrimp twice on the app and had to ask 2 staff members to follow up. We never saw any chicken options. We also had issues with our sides not arriving when ordered on the app. The bar was slow to get drinks.

Overall it was a great experience.... but it was too loud so we couldn't hear the directions/ guidance from the server so missed out on some details (such as being able to order side dishes) until later in the evening. We had 2 birthdays we were celebrating (which I mentioned when I reserved/ came in) but there was no 'special' thing for them:( Also it was embarrassing to see the Brazilian "dancers" who were showing way too much "skin" ie. butt not covered very much. Maybe they can at least wear spandex shorts??? There were children present in the restaurant as well.. The 'side orders' ordered by 2 of our diet friendly guests (who called in advance to have this provision) had to order their 'food selections' several times before some of it came (not all arrived). Server tried to help out but since it was very hard to hear her/ and us, this didn't help with the 'confusion'.

Had a fantastic time. Everything was wonderful. Would definitely return when in the area.
