This was our second time visiting and we brought along more friends. As expected they did not disappoint! The food is outstanding and the staff are super friendly. The only notes we have 1. There was no one on the host stand to welcome us and ask for our reservation (which happened last time as well). You do forget about this when you get onto your table because they are so attentive from this point onwards. 2. We do wish the bubbles that had been on the table had been in a bucket of ice. Overall outstanding place for all you can eat with incredibly patient staff for larger groups! Highly recommend!

First time coming on a Saturday night and it was a blast!! They had a show going on at 8:30 and gave people sparklers. Great food, great service. They were so kind.

My boyfriend and I went out for dinner with another couple last night and we chose Copacabana as we have never been dissapointed! I don’t eat red meat which is majority of the options. However, Milos & Kyle provided excellent customer service by ensuring that the chicken options & seafood options were brought to me…in abundance as well. I couldn’t thank them enough for ensuring that I was able to leave there extremely satisfied! Once again the food was delicious and we were not disappointed. The entertainment you get by their dancers is also the perfect way to enjoy your dinner! We will definitely be back!

Our experience was not good. The guy kept skipping our table. Had to wait a long time. Orders to the kitchen didn’t go through. The waitress didn’t really explain the process well. Overall it was a bad experience compared to Brasa .. it is way better!

If you love meat, this is a no brainer. Always fantastic and a great night out. Pretty reasonably priced considering it’s in Niagara Falls. 10/10 would recommend.

Honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. Husband and I love it and drive 1.5hrs + for it. No regrets. See yall soon

I’ll start by saying our server was doing her best. She had way too many tables and absolutely no manager support and left to handle everything on her own. You didn’t see a single manager on the floor and it looked like they were letting many servers drown. The entire restaurant has one small bar with two bartenders. So even paying $150 per person (drinks were included) you were lucky to get a drink every 45mins-1 hr. In an hour and half we managed to order two small cocktails each and at one point our server told us that the bartender was just straight up refusing to make the drinks and our server had to practically beg her. That to us was just strange. Don’t think this element can be avoided as they just don’t have the ability to keep up with the drink tickets with a bar that size and limited bar staff. If we had known we would have went to an earlier reservation and ordered drinks a la carte. Felt like a bit of a rip off when you’re paying an extra $50 plus gratuity to order all inclusive drinks and you wait forever to receive them. The food was good, but somethings never even arrived to the table. Shrimp came only once. Pineapple came maybe twice. We saw so many things offered on the menu that just were never offered to our table. It seemed like the same three or four meats being brought over. It is a lively atmosphere but honestly I think the service at Brasa is astronomically better than the service at this copacabana location. It was New Year’s Eve so it was a busy night. But watching your servers be overwhelmed and drowning is just not a good look on whoever is managing the place. Our server was friendly and genuine she was the best part of the experience but management should do better.

Stellar experience as always. Sophia was absolutely fantastic. So attentive and all around pleasure. After having gone to the Vaughan location (which was good) there is just something about the Niagara location. It’s more an experience than just a steak house. Can’t wait till next year. It’s our new tradition to celebrate the new year!
