    Our table of 8 spent most of our time watching staff serve other tables. Some side dishes came to our table that we didn’t even order. It only got better after we mentioned to every staff that we only received service approx. every 20mins. They were receptive and made up for it, but the service for our table only picked up as more guests were leaving. So it may not have been their choice to provide better service. Just very disorganized. I understand dinner service can get busy, but my group didn’t pay full dinner price to eat rodizio sides only.

    Every thing was perfect and on time. Table was ready exactly on time and food serving and appetizers was very quick without any delay.

    We decided to try the Vaughan copa cabana for our annual Christmas dinner. We usually go to the eglinton location but that one was booked for the day we needed. This location was friendly and had us seated right away as we mentioned we had a reservation. The appetizers came out fast and the drinks were quick but the meat was very slow to come to our table, there was one waiter who made the effort to bring meat to our table as he noticed we were upset but he just couldn't keep up. The meat was very salty and overall a negative experience because the entire point of a Brazilian steak house is the meat !

    Great experience. Lots of delicious cuts of different meats and sides to choose from. Variety to suit all palettes. Terrific service from carvers to servers to managers, all took part.

    The waitress provided a good service, but the service with the meat was subpar we couldn’t get meat fast enough never tried all the meats there the servers were slow, it was to loud couldn’t even talk to the person in front of us that’s how loud it was. Honestly I won’t go back to the Woodbridge location again, I don’t believe I got the value that I paid for
