    Meat service was so slow. Many items were not presented without having to ask. Good thing I checked the website to see what items were advertised! Had to ask multiple times for certain items as well.

    Overall a good experience! However they didn’t seem to be aware of the booking through OpenTable. We requested a high chair but they asked when we arrived. Also it was my birthday (as stated in my booking) but wasn’t acknowledged.

    Food was extremely slow to come and was told several times until we escalated to the manger that certain items we did not get. Tried to blame all other aspects until pressed that they had some accountability on slow service and not serving our table in full but in partiality. Do not recommend going with a larger group during Christmas season.

    The only complaint is that several servers asked if there was anything else we wanted and we asked several times for specific items that took far too long to come back to us. One dish I asked for never did end up coming back to the table. Only disappointing thing about the experience. Otherwise, it was fantastic.

    Wednesdays between 5pm and 8pm are usually busier due to Ladies night. The food is worth the wait though.
