Copper canyon gives the feel of an upscale downtown restaurant in our neighborhood. Wonderful service and ambiance and great food choices.

Really nice restaurant. Met my friend here for lunch. Food, service and ambiance were all great. I had the Grilled Rainbow Trout (very good). My friend had the house salad (DELICIOUS) on my next visit, I will be enjoying this salad. lol Oh! Noise level was very low; I didn't even realize that it was packed, until I got up to leave. I guess everyone were too busy enjoying their meals. lol

The meatloaf was a unique flavor, but I liked it. The chicken and waffles and mac n cheese were good as well. The service was good, and the food came out fast. It will be a regular in our rotation.

The food was pretty good , besides the “ fried pork chop” that was clearly not fried . The service was alittle slow and the drinks from the bar took over 20 min.
