    Es war ein wunderschöner Abend, ein tolles Ambiente, ein super leckeres Essen und ein toller und sehr zuvorkommender Service. Sehr locker und freundlich.

    Ein unvergesslicher Abend im Restaurant Poletto, herzlicher Empfang, sehr aufmerksames Personal den ganzen Abend. Die Weinempfehlungen und Erläuterungen zu den einzelnen Gängen (Degustationsmenü) waren sehr kompetent und ließen keine Fragen offen. Die Qualität und Geschmack der einzelnen Gänge, einfach genial. An diesem Abend war eine "junge" Mannschaft am Start, die ihr Handwerk absolut versteht. Hinzu kommt das Wohlfühl-Ambiente, Details dazu wurden vom Personal gerne erklärt. Wiederholenswert!

    Sicherlich Klagen auf erhöhtem Niveau, doch zu dem dicken, äußerst delikaten Stück Wagyurind , waren uns die Messer nicht scharf genug. Ein Tausch war nicht möglich. Der Service war okay doch um sich willkommen zu fühlen , fehlte eine Nuance.

    Toller Service, tolles Ambiente. Das Essen, auf das wir uns sehr gefreut hatten, war insgesamt sehr wenig inspiriert und zu wenig gewürzt. Leider waren die meisten Gerichte nicht besonders kreativ und einfach zu teuer für das, was wir bekommen haben. Insgesamt eine sehr saftige Rechnung für das, was abgeliefert wurde. Insgesamt 100 bis 200 Euro zu teuer.

    Unvergleichliche Pasta! Einfach die Essenz Italiens : Pasta, Tomate , Aubergine. Der Rest war auch sehr gut. Aber die Pasta bleibt unvergessen
