Reservations at 5 pm and didn’t sit until 530. Service slow. Asked for glass of ice never got one. Waited quite awhile for entrees

Too many customers seated in a very tight restrictive area. Diners were on top of each other which ruined the ambience. Waiter was quite stressed and when asked for a cappucino, he indicated that the wait would be longer because he was busy. You NEVER say this to a customer.

We had a 4:30 reservation and was not seated until 5:15. No place to really wait inside. Other than that, service and food was very good.

We love dining at Constantino's. Thr food is delicious. And we love having Jess as our server.

This is one of our go-to places when we are in Federal Hill. I made reservations for my daughter and I for dinner before a show at the PPAC. What a mess when we arrived. It was pouring out and the entrance was really hard to find. The hostess stand is not visible. There were about 4 hostesses and they were so unorganized. The place was jammed and they were seating people in the overflow seating across the street in the store. We waited about 20 minutes for our table and were seated in the store. The table cloth on the table had stains on it. The table couldn't have been more than 2' in diameter. It was tight and tiny. We didn't start off in a good place, but thankfully our servers and the food was amazing. We had two servers that were definitely overlapping and duplicating efforts, but they were attentive and gave me a free glass of wine when they had overlapped on that piece of things. Our dinners were delicious. We shared caesar salad and the bolognaise. The woman who had been closing up the dessert portion of the store overheard us commenting on the dessert case and gave us a couple free cookies. They were delicious. It was so thoughtful. We ended up having an amazing experience after a slow start.

Outstanding experience starting with the valet service. Hostess was friendly sat us right away. Food was great. service outstanding 3 people from the service team checked in to see how everything was. First time here we will already be making another reservation.

Poor experience all around. No menus, you need to download the QR code if you want to see the offerings, ( welcome back to covid days ). Eggplant Rollatini overcooked to the point where it was hard on the edges. We never were told what the specials were. I ordered the Veal Marsala, horrible flavor, sauce was rather sweet, veal was too tough to cut with my “butter” knife, never offered a real knife. We had to ask for salt and pepper. Service was rushed, and i do believe the heat was off upstairs, or turned down very low. This was at one time a staple of Federal Hill, but i must say, nothing was offered that makes me want to come back. Im sorry to say, this is one of my worst reviews posted. Best thing here, the Valet parking system !

Great meal thoroughly enjoyed my Italian dinner reminded me of when grandma used to make a meal maybe better don’t don’t listen to that grandma. The homemade pasta was delicious broccoli robin sausage was great. Real Parmesan was crispy and tender hit. The spot apps were good as well loved every bit
