   Everything was great but it’s way overpacked. Definitely a hazard with the amount of people allowed to stand behind the bar.

   Great time! Hostess and waitress were amazing! Place was so busy (good for them) and the service didn’t skip a beat. Our waitress was attentive and the food was served so quickly and delicious. Will be back for sure!

   Tell me you know Santa without telling me you know Santa! Super fun night being welcomed into Philly by the awesome staff and super fun Christmas ambience at Craftsman Row Saloon! I cannot put into words how much this place will get you feeling Merry & Bright (and it’s not just the delish cocktails!). Hubby & I split the turkey BLT and the Rosemary Mayo was the perfect little touch! They were out of the Nutcracker Old Fashioned so he had the Light Show Mojito. He loved it and it came with a lighted ice cube and tiny strand of lights. I ordered Santa’s Treat which was more yummy than I could even have imagined! Amaretto, Kahlua, and a cookie served in a darling little cookie “jar” - 😍. We had the best server - Bri! She was attentive but not intrusive and upon hearing my hubby was recovering from dental surgery, quickly warmed up a piece of soft bread for his side of the roasted Turkey BLT and this was at the very end of an obviously busy and exhausting shift! How thoughtful!Take any reservation you can get or just barrel your way on up to the bar but don’t miss this limited Christmas season special (although by the yummy food and friendliness of the staff, I’m sure it’s a year round winner!)

   The price of drinks were crazy we had 3 sandwiches with hardly any meat in them! Had martinis up and paid 26.00 each our bill was over 200.00 for 3 sandwiches and 2 rounds of drinks . Would have ate better at a deli

   Honestly, I feel the grinch writing this but from start to finish, the experience was poor. My heart didn’t grow two sizes big in fact it grew cold due to the fact that the servers and other customers hit our chairs numerous times. Also, they made the same drinks inconsistently with one tasting like alcohol and one tasting pretty good. We ordered sandwiches and fries and the bill without drinks was $60 without tip. This is an overpriced establishment that is very much “expectation VS reality”. Tik tok gave the restaurant a lot of praise so I thought it would be good. Such a waste of a Christmas experience. The manager and the server did their best to make the situation better but it was too late. Perhaps if the seating was better and they didn’t mess up our food, things would be different. Hopefully they can get it together for next year. Merry Christmas

   Super pretty & festive! Drinks were really good but small & food was really good! Our server wasn’t very attentive & I was highly annoyed that they charged a 20% service charge for a 4 person table! Especially since I don’t believe the server deserved 20% since she didn’t come by much! Other than that a good experience!

    Amazing Xmas setup and decor. Food was great! Server seemed a little annoyed and rushed us, but our food came quickly and was hot. Would return!
