Absolutely amazing dinner for restaurant week! Wagyu meatballs appetizer, Thai Steak Stir Fry and Lemon Cheesecake for dessert. Huge portions and everything was fabulous!

We had a reservation at 6pm on a Sunday nonetheless. When we checked in right at 6pm they said our table wasn’t ready yet. We literally waited 30 minutes to get seated. No, sorry you had to wait etc. Food and service was good but when someone makes a reservation you need to hold that table for that time and not make someone wait 30 minutes like they are a walk in. Had a great experience last time I just felt like when you do wrong there needs to be acknowledgement.

Sushi deal for Sunday and Monday evenings is not a deal, as it is for 1/2 rolls, kind of deceiving. Some of the rolls were not as fresh tasting as past visits.

We are sushi lovers and Crave is an average place to go for sushi. Sushi rice was not packed well enough and it was difficult to even pick up the rolls pieces without them falling apart. Cancun roll had too much lime flavor that overpowered the entire taste of the roll. For a simple night out with the wife, we enjoy Crave. I do believe that non-sushi food is better quality than the sushi options. Sushi options are not bad, just slightly better than average in my opinion.

Price of kids meal on our bill was more than on the kids menu that was given to us. We were told the price was changed but wrong menus were printed. We were expecting the restaurant to accommodate the price in menu given to us as that’s what they gave us but they kept the up charge on our bill.

We had a good experience at Crave Woodbury. It was a Monday night, and a bit after the traditional dinner timeframe, so it was pretty quiet. Food was good, service was friendly. Bar service was on the slow side. The apps came out before the wine. It didn’t like a lot of people were on duty at the time we were there. We appreciated the special sushi deals & 1/2 price wine bottle promo being available. It was a nice surprise, as we didn’t know about the wine promo in advance. However, menu prices have increased, some notably, to make up for the “service charge” that is no longer allowed in MN. Steaks were several dollars more, some items increased $1-2.
