   Waitress and all other aspects of service were amazing for Christmas morning. Pancakes and hash were so good. The only negative was the size of the crayfish hash. Very small compared to everything else.

   Crescent City Brewhouse is one of those places that should just not have a Reveillon Menu. On Christmas Eve they were one of the few restaurants that served it, so we chose them on that premise. That was a mistake, because the ongoing excuse was that the kitchen was "backed up" causing our food to be slow coming out...yet everything was cold by the time it reached the table. The food was tasty enough, but slow delivery of cold food for an exorbitant price doesn't get the job done. Yet people who ordered from the regular menu got their food promptly. Our server was constantly apologizing for the kitchen. We felt bad for her, but we will not be back.

   I love New Orleans and I love good food and was so excited to eat here. Unfortunately it did not go well. It was Christmas Eve and we were seated by the employee elevator. The server was lovely and got us our drinks promptly but then it went down hill. The app was overcooked and though we put our order in asap after an hour and half we had not received our food. They kept telling us the food was coming so we kept ordering more drinks which ran up the bill. We complained to the manager who then went back to the kitchen and tried to rush us someone else’s food. We declined the food so he then comp our app which was not done properly and the sodas on our check but nothing else. Such poor customer service and overall ruined Christmas Eve dinner with friends.

   While not horrible, it was mostly mediocre. I had the flight of six beers. Nothing special here. It was ok, but not outstanding.

   While I know it was Christmas Eve and the restaurant was very busy, the food arrival was horrible and chaotic. Our waitress was incredible! The food was tasty!

   While the service was great and the restaurant very accommodating to my needs, the kitchen dropped the ball. Cold soup, overcooked duck served dry and 0 time between courses. The runner even tried to give us our desserts before our entrees were done. Bread pudding with whipped cream? Try a floret of cool whip. Not impressed, especially when our bill came to $210 for two

   Come for the beers. It’s not a foodie Resteraunt. Classic pub food that’ll fill you up but nothing to rave about. The beer selection is the highlight and great Pilsner!

   The atmosphere was nice with a live jazz band playing. However, the food was bland. It sounded delicious but didn't have the flavor I expect from a New Orleans restaurant. I'd suggest going for the beer but picking someplace else for good New Orleans food.
