   Sully was a terrific server. We had so much fun! And food was delicious. Value could have been better.

   The hanger steak smelled off, but my adult son ate it anyway and ended up getting sick all night.

   Greeter/hostess was refreshingly positive as we’ve recently experienced others who don’t smile/snarky. But, that said, seated us at smallest table next to large group while whole of restaurant empty. We asked for larger a few feet away. We watched as this seemed to be the case as diners came in filling restaurant. Our server also very nice but maybe stretched? As was kitchen? We waited…we waited…. Food is good and we have our favorites but chicory salad missing menu mentioned hazelnuts/Gorgonzola making it a very $$ for the seven or so uncut lettuce leaf & few apples/grapes…. We hear rumors of closure… maybe this is why? It’s been a go to we enjoy

   Daughter has a lot of food allergies and they were very accommodating

   We have dined here a number of times and finally giving you a review. The short rib pasta which has been a favorite was ok. We have noticed this dish has been more times ok but in the past was very good. Not sure if you changed the chef. When you dine out, we expect the service should be exceptional. It was very average.

   This place never disappoints. Everything that I have had here has been absolutely delicious. The focaccia is nice and fluffy, the bucatini is so flavorful, the Margherita pizza is perfect, and the Tiramisu makes for a perfect dessert.

    This is our "go to restaurant in Del Mar". Food and service was excellent. We selected a bottle of wine prior to being seated and was assisted with our selection by the Manager. Wine was excellent. We all enjoyed our meal.
