All of our beef is sourced from Meat N’ Bone, one of the world’s finest butchers.Our menu includes G1 Certified Beef, USDA Prime Dry Aged Beef and Wagyu of all grades: Wagyu-Angus, Domestic Wagyu, Australian Wagyu and Japanese Miyazaki-Gyu.
