2nd visit. The food was very nice and plenty of choice of savouries as well as cakes. Lovely waiting staff of which the bar staff could learn from. After 10 mins of being ignored at the bar while waiting to order cocktails and eventually giving up,the Ladies who attended to our table in the Afternoon Tea room were so helpful.Checking we had enough tea and coffee and polite and friendly. Very enjoyable food and relaxed atmosphere and have recommended to friends and family.Very good value and plenty to eat.

Afternoon tea was lovely. Sandwich fillings were tasty and cakes and scones very fresh. Was a brilliant gift to use and would do the same for my family and friends. Staff were respectful and not intrusive while we were eating. Highly recommend

Had a gift voucher for this restaurant and found it to be a good basic Italian-the pizza was just like the real deal! Staff were friendly and attentive.

I had the pleasure of experiencing afternoon tea at The Glasshouse Hotel today, and it was exceptional! The beautifully presented sandwiches, scones, and pastries were delicious, and the service was impeccable. The cozy setting, with its stylish fireplace, made the experience even more special. I can only imagine how incredible it will be in summer when the rooftop terrace opens—I can’t wait to return for another indulgent afternoon in the sunshine! Highly recommend.
