- TTiffanyVIPWashington, D.C. Area •46 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoA welcome addition to the dining options in Bethesda. It has a downtown vibe, was a 7 min drive and easy parking. All 3 of those things make it win even before taking a bite or a sip. Service was very good. It's always a plus for me when the server knows the menu and has suggestions. Marie was spot on with all of her recommendations. We enjoyed our drinks and the food was DELICIOUS! Beautiful plating! The menu options are elevated without being pretentious. We ordered the filet special and the sea bass. The tuna tar tar was excellent as well. The head chef warmly greeted us after our meal. Looking forward to returning to try the new things he has planned.More infoOn St ElmoPrice: Very Expensive• American• Bethesda•4.7
- MMichaelVIPWashington, D.C. Area •89 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWent with my wife and her sister to celebrate a birthday last night and everything was wonderful. The restaurant is elegantly comfy, the food really fantastic (most of it wood grilled) and the service was impeccable! We’ll be back again soon.More infoBlack's Bar & KitchenPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Bethesda•4.7
- TTinaVIPWashington, D.C. Area •85 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe have dined here before and have enjoyed our experience. The wait staff is polite and knowledgeable. We had a late brunch reservation and we experienced many if the staff as the restaurant was between brunch and dinner. I enjoyed the stuffies for the first time and would order again. My husband always orders the clam chowder. We also had the fish sandwich and the crab roll, also very good. We were given an Apple Brown Betty for dessert. I wasn't hungry, but we ate all of it and would have it again. Apples were cooked perfectly and the ice cream very rich The banquet seats are very comfortable and would ask to be seated there . Very relaxing place to meet friends and dineMore infoThe Salt Line - BethesdaPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Bethesda•4.5
- WWilliamWashington, D.C. Area •6 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThe crab beignets were a surprise in terms of flavor and quality while the soup of the day--apple and butternut squash with a little dribble of spicy oil was very pleasing. We had the salmon with roasted brussels sprouts/mushroom/onions and the lamb bolognese--both were excellent. Service was great with good explanations of menu items, answers to our questions, and timeliness of attending to our table. It's a very casual place and the noise level was moderate though we were early diners though the place filled at dinner as we were leaving. Have already recommended to others and look forward to a return visit especially to try the chicken and waffles or the shrimp and grits.More infoBarrel & CrowPrice: Moderate• American• Bethesda•4.4
