Best American Restaurants in East Atlanta

Service was incredible. Food was delightful but a bit overpriced in my opinion. Overall, the breathtaking views were incredible and made the entire experience memorable.

As always Rays is amazing. The service, the food and atmosphere was wonderful. Whenever I am near downtown Atlanta that’s where you will find me. Love it!

Had the valentine prix fixe menu - was excellent and the wine pairings were well matched. The salad starter had pink lettuce, the scallops had pomegrantes in the sauce, and the black forest cake was heart shaped with cherries, emphasizing the Valentine theme. The noise level was reasonable - could talk and hear without raising our voices but we could hear other tables.

The hosts was rude and did not go in order of people that came in. Waited 15 minutes until 10 pm for my reservations. A couple came in two minutes before 10 was seated at the table before others that was waiting patiently. I ask was it some kind of order or something. She cut me off and said oh well what your name. Shocked I told her my name and she stated you can come on ,turn to the waiter who was shocked aswell to seat us. Being my first time there was very surprised with the level of customer service our But the waiter was very nice and he apologize for the inconvenience.

The food at Two Urban Licks is always good and the service is friendly and prompt. We started with the chicken empanada appetizer which was delicious. My husband ordered the trout and I had the salmon. Both dishes were cooked perfectly and were delicious. We’re already talking about going back soon and bringing some friends with us!
