    EMILY…. She was SO down to earth, honest and made our experience SO fun! My friend was visiting from Ontario and we were only supposed to be here for 2 hours max l, but have been here for almost 5 hours because of how much fun we were having!! Thank you to the whole team for accommodating us and the flexibility with time. We really really appreciate. Been there twice now and I haven’t had a bad experience. I would recommend this place for any event you are planing or a date night. Live music was great. Definitely lives up to its name.

The beef tartare was top-notch, with just the right balance of richness and seasoning, while the shrimp toasties brought a creative twist with their crispy texture and bold flavors. For mains, we went with the beef strip loin and fried chicken. The strip loin was perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor, paired with thoughtful sides that complemented every bite. But the fried chicken? Absolute star of the show. Crispy, juicy, and seasoned to perfection, it’s a dish that keeps you coming back for more. The ambiance at Model Milk strikes a great balance between upscale and relaxed, making it ideal for celebrating or just catching up. Pair that with attentive service, and it’s a must-visit in Calgary. Highly recommend!
