Best American Restaurants in Millis

Wonderful as always! We had a 9pm reservation but arrived nearby at 8pm and checked in because it was snowing and we were hoping to get seated a bit earlier. The staff was super accommodating and seated us almost immediately! Thank You!! Our server Pack is a true asset to this location .She is lovely,always remembers our preferences and makes us feel right at home every time!

Food was great , many choices on the menu from appetizers to dessert Drink menu was adequate as far as wine list goes The whole experience was pleasant Except when got home, looked in our doggy bag for our pet and someone omitted my steak remnant Which I saved on purpose for a treat for my pet The next time, we’ll certainly look in the to go bag and make sure everything is correct

Valentine's Day Dinner - we did not attend the event; we just had dinner. The food was delicious. We had the short ribs appetizer, duck ragout, and pork shank. The pasta for the duck was perfectly al dente. Everything had a nice presentation. We were full without being stuffed. The drinks were good (the old-fashioned was a little watered down) and, while we did not get a smoky drink, it was fun to watch other guests have them served up. The noise level was just right for date night. This was our first visit so I do not know if that was because it was all couples or if that is their normal sound level. We will definitely go back.

We’ve been to the Hudson location many of times. This location was just as fantastic. Seemed a lot bigger which was great considering reservations for two adults and three kids can be tricky, especially on a holiday such as Valentine’s Day! Our waitress was wonderful and playful with the children. Food was absolutely delish!

We arrived on time and were greeted with a big smile from the hostess, Linda. Our table was waiting and Theresa, our waitress, came over and brought water and took our drink order. We had some delicious Pinot Grigio (Fini) and started with clams casino, which were cooked perfectly. We then had salads which were crisp and fresh. We both got chicken picatta served piping hot. For dessert we had the crème brûlée. The restaurant had a nice crowd and the dinner was a perfect 10. My friend and I were catching up and never felt rushed. Theresa knew exactly when to check on us and always made sure we had what we needed. Basil has always been a favorite of ours and as we walked out we made plans for our next visit. People say this is a hidden gem in Medfield and they’re not wrong. Outstanding experience!
