Triumph Brewing Company, founded in 1995, is a full service restaurant and brewery with a seasonally changing gastro-pub menu driven largely by local farms. One guest described us as, "Upscale yet laid back. Cool but cozy. Refined but not pretentious." We're still blushing! We have live, original music Thursday- Sunday - never a cover charge and never a cover band.
