Great service … a bit too noisy if you plan on having a conversation while dining

The beauty of eating at Max Downtown is the consistency of the experience. You can be absent from Max Downtown for months yet the next time you visit the service, quality of food and familiarity of the staff is as if you were part of their daily routine. I can’t say enough about how the service staff welcomes me and my guests every time I visit. In addition the complimentary valet staff is top shelf . Thank you Steve and team for making Max Downtown a place I can count on.

Always pleased when I come here for dinner. I was sat on time and there were no snags with reservation. Timing between apps and main course was perfect. We didn't feel rushed or over crowded with plates at the table. A little over halfway throughout the meal someone who wasn't our server check on how the food was which was refreshing. Overall a wonderful experience I got to brag about at work today.

We started in the bar for HH. Enjoyed the calamari & Spanish clams on the half shell. Dinner was the tender swordfish, very good. Great warm bread. All the servers were great!

Great birthday lunch. Outstanding service and food. The NY Strip…wow! So good!!! Lobster bisque as well. Everything! So happy we decided to go here for our celebration. Many little extras to make our lunch memorable and special. Thank you CG!!
