Best American Restaurants in Shaker Heights

We were seated immediately, waitress was attentive and polite, happy hour sliders were yummy!! A good time was had by all.

Ladies lunch. Great central location. Our table came from Westside as well as far east side. Easy access from freeway. Our server Joshua was wonderful. He was attentive but not pushy. Food was great. Definitely we will return again and again.

There for lunch...Ben, the server, was very nice and attentive. Food came out timely and was very good. First time having the chicken burger and would have it again. My friend had the salmon burger and said the same thing. Their fries never disappoint! Too full dessert.

Get the chicken madeira! This dish is excellent - you'll want to take a bath in the delicious sauce! It seemed to take a bit of time to seat us in a not-very-full restaurant at 4pm - which was initially off-putting. Once that was sorted out, our table in the bar area was nice, and the service was excellent. We had two different types of wine, and both were excellent. Was a bit noisy, but able to have conversation at the table.

The Bruch is wonderful. However, I have never been to a brunch before that didn't have some combination of toast, croissants, bagels, English muffins etc.
