Gastón Riveira decided to undertake this journey despite the economic challenges in his country because he had a clear vision: he wanted to transform the typical Buenos Aires grill into something that would stand out, not only because of the quality of the product but also by providing a unique and unforgettable experience. “La Cabrera is a creative space where I can express myself and explore new dishes, but it is also the place where I take pleasure in not only revamping and improving but also diversifying the classic dishes that I am so passionate about.” The secret lies in our grilling methods, using special techniques and constantly experimenting with new ideas. La Cabrera is a baroque neighborhood bistro with an atmosphere that mixes history.
