The culinary offerings were of exceptional quality. However, the customer service experience fell short. Unfortunately, this is a recurring issue in many restaurants in Miami. Waitresses often deliver meals without verifying that all necessary items, such as napkins and silverware, are available. Subsequently, they tend to disappear, making it challenging to flag down another waitress for assistance. This situation is akin to borrowing a restroom without access to water or paper, rendering it entirely useless. Managers, please take immediate action to address this matter and instruct your staff accordingly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

It was a delightful experience. Food was amazing. Service was even better. They took extra good care of my guest with severe food allergies. Great way to celebrate my birthday. Definitely coming back
