Best Asian Restaurants in Carlstadt

We celebrated my wife’s birthday at Buddakan, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. The team was incredibly helpful and accommodating leading up to our reservation, ensuring that the birthday cake was properly refrigerated and ready for the celebration. They were also very understanding when I needed to update our reservation multiple times. The food and service were phenomenal, making the night truly special. I can highly recommend Buddakan for any special occasion or a great dining experience!

Restaurant was beautiful. Food was incredible. Wait staff was even more spectacular. Our waiter Danny took amazing care of us. He described all the dishes perfectly, was very knowledgeable about the food, and super attentive. Our glasses were never empty and we were able to have a fantastic dining experience. Can’t wait to come back!

I had an amazing experience at TAO! The food was absolutely incredible, especially the Gyozas—they were perfectly cooked, flavorful, and a must-try. The ambiance was great, but what truly made the night special was our server, Precious. She was attentive, friendly, and gave fantastic recommendations. You could tell she genuinely cared about making our experience memorable. Such a sweetheart! Highly recommend!

We ended up sitting at the bar instead of the table we reserved and the bartender was excellent: friendly, knowledgeable and make good recommendations. The happy hour went to 6 o'clock and the drinks/apps included we pretty good (beer, cocktail, etc.). The mains were flavorful, well seasoned and nicely sized. Overall, very good restaurant and I would go again, but only after checking out the UWS location first!

We had the Duck Ramen and the Katsu Curry to eat, both were excellent. The sake flight and fresh juices were very good as well. I was disappointed that the flower room upstairs wasn't open because it's so beautiful, but the food more than made up for the seating arrangement.
