Osteria di Russo & Russo est détenu par le père et le fils Pino et Marc Russo, et supporté par une équipe dévouée «d'honorables italiens» dont quelques-uns qui ont travaillé ensemble autrefois au Bridge Room, à Sydney's CBD. Leurs plats sont classiques et combinés avec des saveurs italiennes. Toutefois, le Chef cuisinier Jason Saxby utilise rarement des ingrédients importés et est influencé davantage par les saisons et les techniques de cuisson modernes plutôt que par les recettes traditionnelles. Amazing venue, every single detail was thought of, looked exactly like a factory. Finished breakfast to then accidentally get to go into the back to where the roasting happens and chat with the roaster about the process. Smell different coffees and learn how the process to roast. Highly recommend.

Next Door next level. Our hostess Francesca made the day exceptionally special from wine and food recommendations to her exquisite service. Prawn cutlets are a must and the cheeseburger was sensational along with some tasty sides. Be back soon.
