Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue, BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised in advance through your OpenTable platform booking. Meals will be served alternate drop, meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and will have limited facility for alterations.     Amazing and Wow!! What an incredible dining experience at Manu's French restaurant last night! The food was exquisite, the service was impeccable, and the ambiance was intimate and elegant. Each dish was expertly prepared and presented, and the wine list was extensive and well-curated. Manu's passion for French cuisine shines through in every aspect of the restaurant. We can't wait to come back and indulge again!

    Amazing! We celebrated my Dad’s 75th birthday dinner here on Saturday night and everything was above expectations - the food, the attentive and friendly staff, the ambience. We loved it and will return soon. Highly recommend!

    We couldn't fault any aspect of our experience. The service was terrific. Our wait staff was very pleasant, interacted with us, explained how the night worked and each menu item. He was very attentive without being over the top. The food was plentiful and delicious and were even offered a container to take ours surplus home. A very enjoyable evening.
