We are reopening 25 February 2025 with our new students. The Apprentice Restaurant Sydney is a TAFE NSW licensed training restaurant. Lunch 12pm to 2pm: three courses (entrée, main & dessert) for $44 or you can select any two courses for $39. Dinner 6pm to 8:30pm: three course menu for $44. (Our prices are excluding beverages). Group beverage packages are available to pre-purchase for the whole group.Our meals are usually served Table d’hôte (alternate drop) and portions are limited.Bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment. Amazing venue, every single detail was thought of, looked exactly like a factory. Finished breakfast to then accidentally get to go into the back to where the roasting happens and chat with the roaster about the process. Smell different coffees and learn how the process to roast. Highly recommend.
