Bei uns wird noch kompromisslos mit der Hand gekocht, nach den klassischen alpenländischen Rezepten. Schmeckt hier ein Schnitzel noch nach echter Butter? Eine Rindssuppe noch nach Rind? Ein Semmelknödel wie aus Omas Kochtopf? Dreimal Ja. Und auf einen edlen Tropfen Wein direkt vom österreichischen Winzer nicht verzichten. Essen Sie sich bei uns rund, satt und glücklich, frei nach dem Motto von Winston Churchill: Man soll dem Leib etwas Gutes bieten, damit die Seele Lust hat, darin zu wohnen.
