Have visited a few times recently. Been very happy with the service and quality of food.

We ate here with an itison gift voucher. The food and cocktails were excellent. The place is also nicely decorated and staff were friendly. Our only criticism is that service was a bit too fast. Maybe that's deliberate and suits some people, but we felt like it took away slightly from the restaurant social experience. For instance we were served our poppadoms and then our starter all within about 5 mins of arriving. Then staff would arrive very quickly to take away your plate. Overall we would still recommend!

Great place to go for drinks, the ambiance is very classy and the time we went it was quiet so we had the bar to ourselves. Bartending staff were lovely and very helpful. No issues at all. Definitely recommend.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic, the rooms, sexy , exciting , beautiful and luxurious ( we were in the mid sized room) The treat me like I'm famous package is well worth the money, the cocktail bar, although small, was cosy , sexy and the cocktails absolutely exquisite. The staff were polite and very helpful. The hotel was clean and although, (especially after a couple of drinks) the corridors seemed to never end and appeared to constantly change, it added to the sheer enjoyment of the place and experience The location of the hotel is excellent , maybe 8 minutes from Waverley train station and just off the centre of the royal mile with a 8 minute slow walk to the castle and literally 3 minutes from all the bars and restaurants. We are booking to go back, yet this time I will be booking the suite as I am intrigued to see and bathe in the roll top bath

First time here & will definitely return! All the team were so friendly & welcoming. Cocktails were delicious & we really enjoyed the cheese board & hummus. Loved the look & feel of the place, really sleek & modern but cosy & comfortable. Could have stayed all afternoon!
