Excellent! We celebrated my son's 18th birthday at the Portley Piper. We love this restaurant. We are regulars and I can honestly say that we have not had a bad experience. The quality, quantity and presentation of their food is mouth watering. From the moment we walk in, the level of service is welcoming and professional. My experience at Alice was absolutely top-notch! The service exceeded expectations, and the tomahawk steaks were incredibly well-priced for the quality. I learned they’re wet-aged for 45 days, which really shows in the flavor. I’ll definitely be back. The best part? The kitchen offers a steak late into the night!

I had placed a reservation for my boyfriend and kids for dinner, table of 5 total. Everything was set. We left home which is a 25 minute drive and when we arrived it was super packed. The very nice hostess didn't have a table exactly ready so she had to call over who I'm assuming is the manager. He was beyond amazing and explained to us how they don't take reservations on Saturdays and the system doesn't recognize that yet or etc. Between him and the hostess, we got a table and we're seated in I'd say under 10 minutes total of walking in. Our food was delicious and mine and my boyfriends adult drinks were tasty. The kids enjoyed their meals, not so much my son but he wasn't himself this evening. This is our second time at this Jack's location and we will be back again soon.
