Best Bars And Lounges in Hudson Yards

Gorgeous view and stunning service! I dont typically plan experiences like this often but I had to come for the view and tea! The food is pretty bite sized and a fixed course. You get a whole tea pot and they have a variety of yummy teas! Overall really great food with awesome presentation. It doesnt appear to be a lot of food but it was super filling! The service was genuinely exceptional- I felt royal lol. The final cherry on top was the view. Even on a super cloudy/rainy day it was stunning to look out over Manhattan!

Our experience was great we celebrated Valentine’s Day the food that we order was the chicken parmigiana bits and the flat bread that was hard and had to much oil or grease we also ordered the maple crème brûlée and it was ok wasn’t the best and also the Dubai chocolate we were thinking it would taste like chocolate but instead it taste like dark chocolate with gold flakes but overall it was a great experience

Overall experience was superb for Valentine’s Day. We tried to get a little bit of everything but the ribeye was top notch! Please ask for the chimichuri on the side. The buffalo cauliflower was cooked and battered to perfection and not soggy. The Korean wings had a great sauce to it, and the garlic bread was great as well. Food was hot & fresh on arrival ending with 2 big slices of strawberry cake with cream cheese frosting. Ask for Ken (kenneth) he was a great vibe of a waiter!

I must echo the comments of anyone who calls the alderman a hidden gem. It is truly a little oasis in the hub of Times Square with some of the best food and service I’ve had in a long while.  Everyone we encountered was professional, polite, friendly, relaxed, and service was on point at all times. A special shout out to Hersey at the bar and our server Ethan, who was just tremendous honest and very attentive, to the lovely manager, a young blonde woman whose name I forgot sorry. Had the perfectly prepared salmon and flirt steak entrees from the prix fixe menu plus ALL the other TASTY courses and they were very generous portions, very satisfying and a wonderful value. Cannot recommend this enough if you are going to a show or you just want to have an enjoyable evening dinner lunch or just a coffee from the front barista station. The ambience is warm and tasteful. Like sitting in a garden! Just terrific. You won’t be disappointed.

Overall really enjoyed the restaurant. We ordered the salted potatoes (amazing) and wings (not very good at all, texture and taste wise). Drinks were good and views were amazing.
