Absolutely love our lunches and brunches at Tuscany. Never had a bad meal - from the hosts that seat us to the bread and water server to Sue, who we typically request to be in her section and who takes care of us and makes us feel special every time we are there, as she knows our drink preference as well as knows what we need before we need it!! She is one of a kind and loved by many I am sure!!

It was our first time dining at the sugar factory. The service was quick for being so busy. The food was very good. And we all got the insane milkshakes. They were so good. We had Marty as our server and he was pleasant, professional, and kind. I would definitely go back again

We had the place to ourselves on a Wednesday afternoon! The food and service were top-notch. The calamari was delicious. Our waiter, Steve, was wonderful and offered several helpful suggestions. The only disappointment was the state of the ladies' room. Wobbly toilet, missing tiles, and drab. It just didn't make sense when everything else was exceptional. It definitely needs attention. Looking forward to a return visit and trying other menu items.

Great food and waitress. It was a little loud while eating near the band but the band was great!

The hostess who greeted us was very friendly. Our server was very courteous and professional. Our meal was delicious, and the cost was not too high. Due to the holiday, the restaurant was not crowded at all. The ambiance was excellent—a very romantic spot for a date night. I would definitely eat here again if we are in town.
