The sides were exceptional - 4 kinds of potatoes, baked squash, green beans, and stuffing. The salad bar was awesome. And there were about 20 different desserts. It was all served buffet style, and despite the large number of guests being served, there was rarely a line. The Concourse staff are really professional and made everything flow smoothly.
