It’s become our new regular spot as a family. Brenda, Alesio and Veronica were especially lovely this time (apologies if the spelling is wrong). Haven’t had a single bad experience at Big Easy Chelsea so far and as a family we always look forward to the next visit as soon as we leave. We have a New Years reservation booked already! Fabulous food. If you like chops and steaks, this is a great restaurant. The meat is top quality and superbly seasoned. Really great vibe in the restaurant and the service was top notch - friendly, helpful and fast. Great part of town too, so you really feel like you're getting a proper London experience. Loved it and can thoroughly recommend it.

A group of 11, we ordered of the late lunch/pre theatre menu. The portion size of starters and mains were generous, the food was fresh and delicious and the slush cocktails were amazing.
