The four of us ordered it several times and used the focaccia bread to deep into the sauce. The kitchen was able to accommodate with special requests and Sommelier made great suggestions with wine selection. David, one of the bartenders, makes incredible Mapletinis. Finally, original spins on classics that I could never have dreamt up. Everything from the amuse to the dessert was delectable. I think I actually moaned at some point. It was the perfect tasting menu and their original cocktails are just as inspiring. If La Fabrique is not on your bucket list of restos to check out in Montreal, your list is incomplete. We had made reservations prior to our arrival at this restaurant. The waiter seemed unaware of our reservation, but thankfully there were plenty of seating options as the restaurant wasn’t busy. We had specified at the time of reservation that we were celebrating a birthday, however this was not acknowledged at all while we were there. The waiter was quick to take our order. Initially we wanted the charcuterie board, however we told that the chef didn’t have all the items on hand to make this. We decided to go with the brie instead and it was delicious.
