- LLisaNewcastle and Northumberland •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoThe Courtyard deserves all of the superlatives. We originally chose to eat here for a special occasion, but the overall experience convinced us to make it a regular stop. The service is excellent. The menu is inventive and the food is delicious. The look of the restaurant draws one in, and the noise level is surprisingly low, considering the number of people that were dining. We are already planning to come back next week for another meal!More infoThe Courtyard PegswoodPrice: Moderate• Bistro• Morpeth•4.8

Lovely setting on a very frosty winter day. Will be nice to sit outside in the sunshine in the summer. Will definitely return, maybe lunch or dinner next time.More infoElkwater Bar & BistroPrice: Expensive• Bistro• Ponteland•4.7

- RrosalynManchester/Greater Manchester •6 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 25, 2024Wonderful Christmas Day, Tony is a lovely man, the staff were very attentive, the food was very good! The salmon was incredible, and the vegetarian ravioli was amazing!! It was a cosy lovely atmosphere, greeted with drink on arrival, Christmas crackers, very busy with lovely fellow guests. I would highly recommend this restaurant it’s a hidden gem. We will definitely be visiting again when I’m in the area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️More infoBistro ItalianoPrice: Moderate• Italian• Durham•5
