Pierre Victoire is always lovely, the staff are great and we never feel hurried. The only disappointment this time was that several items on the menu were not actually available. It can be noisy when it's busy but always quietens down after the early rush.

Eloise was our server today and she was brilliant. Really attentive, caring and polite. She even saw we had a lot of food left and suggested we take a doggie bag! The food was delicious… and I can’t wait to visit again. Nice layout and ambience too.

We had some issues with several of the dishes. In particular it seemed the kitchen, on this occasion, struggled to deliver fish dishes that were not far too overcooked - not great when you're asking for things to be rare or medium. And even if you're not asked (as was the case with one of these dishes) they should not be prepared like that. First time here and whilst not a great fan of the low tables and chairs we had an enjoyable time. Until... ca 2.45pm when all of the restaurant, literally every table, became an afternoon tea party. That drastically changes the end of a lunch experience and not for the better. We decided against having a pudding and more wine and fled the scene. Shame. Standout service delivered by Valentina.
