Best Bistros in Venetian Isles

As usual, absolutely amazing. From the time of walking in to leaving. A definite must.

Always a fantastic experience! The food, the service, the fun jazz band - it all made for a perfect day. Don’t miss the crabmeat cheesecake, the turtle soup or the white chocolate bread pudding. This is our go to place anytime we are in town to see a show at the nearby Saenger Theater or if we are staying at the Roosevelt which is a short walk away.

Couvant was a beautiful atmosphere with delish food. I would recommend the food to anyone, and they had a variety of different meals. Our waitress was not very friendly and constantly seemed like she was in a hurry although there was only one other table seated aside from our table. Other than this, Couvant was overall very nice with great food!

A bit disappointing for a Waldorf Hotel experience. Service was very slow. We were seated immediately at the time of our reservation. Our drinks were well made and came from the bar in about 10 minutes. It took 45 minutes to receive our food on fried chicken Monday (when all diners were having the same menu). The chicken was a bit peppery for my liking, but my husband did not mind it. The honey butter biscuits were delicious. Staff were nice but not very attentive.

We had the mushroom pizza and crawfish etouffee and both were very flavorfull. The atmosphere was great, as well as the service. Prices were very reasonable.
