- OOliviaNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoGreat experience here on a Saturday night. Sometimes “casino food”, even at a nicer restaurant, can be lacking but our food and service was amazing! Started with the caeser salad and whipped ricotta, both great and good portions. Then had a filet and penne alla vodka, both also great and full of flavor. Our server, Karen, was perfect, friendly and always there if we needed her but never overbearing, she was extremely professional and pleasant and added to the overall positive night we hadMore infoTuscany - Mohegan SunPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Italian• Uncasville•4.4
- SSuzanneNew York City •12 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoGreat first experience! From the hostess to the waitstaff everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The food was SO GOOD! Appetizers, cajun shrimp dip, we cannot wait to go back for more! Crab cakes, so sweet and fresh tasty! Cornbread with cinnamon butter drizzling was a sweet taste for our palette. For dinner, one had the fried chicken breast, dirty rice and cabbage and she liked her meal. Another had, friend catfish she couldnt eat hers after all the apps and I had the sirloin, which melted like butter in my mouth, with the dirty rice and collard greens, all good, I was complete satisfied. Exhale then the desert. We shared the sweet potato pie which we found out was prepared by the establishment owner's grandmother, it was so light and airy a pure light sweet taste after all of this. Then we were personally checked on by the manager which gave us some history and more insiders on meals an libations to try. We were so happy we took the drive up, we sat on the second floor across from the stage, there was a DJ instead of a band scheduled and we could still talk without the music blaring over us. We will definitely be back!More infoDewey's Jazz LoungePrice: Moderate• American• West Springfield•4.3
- JJimNew York City •3 reviews4.0Dined 3 days agoToo loud to enjoy regular conversation. There to celebrate birthday with six of us. Place wasn’t busy at first and was still loud. I honestly thought noise was being pumped in through the speakers. Server was very friendly though had to ask her to repeat what she said due to noise level. Service was a bit slow and food was okay but not exceptional. Steak was rather dry for a filet though the ribeye was perfect. French onion soup and buratta were excellent. Chicken parm, chicken Marsala and manicotti were average. We had a good time but not sure it was a good value.More infoCaputo Trattoria - Foxwoods Resort CasinoPrice: Expensive• Italian• New London•4
