The Bower Manly is a locally owned and operated business, with a passionate Northern Beaches based crew. We had always wanted to open a restaurant, but never imagined we’d find one in such a perfect location. Our key focus is providing good quality food using the freshest produce, and friendly staff to compliment the stunning yet relaxed setting of Cabbage Tree Bay. The menu changes on a regular basis, to reflect seasonal produce using both local and organic growers wherever possible - serving up coastal cool alfresco vibes. Il Palio is a great new restaurant. It's in a nice location, well furnished and genuinely feels lifted from Italy. The staff were incredibly friendly and happy to have a chat, and both the drinks and food menus had great options. We ordered the Antipasti Parmigiana di Melanzane, Ravioli Porcini, Ragù D’Anatra and the Tiramisu, they were all fantastic and I'd recommend them to anyone. Worth a stop and we will be coming back.

The food was generous and delicious. Unfortunately there weren’t not enough wait staff so service was slow though everyone tried their best. We sat for a long time before drinks were served and I was surprised that we were charged for water and coffees. Overall, a lovely experience that could have been improved with more staff.
