My only criticism is the staff at times were too attentive clearing glasses and cups from individuals - it was an obvious selling technique which became annoying as it occurred several times by various staff. Most people can request additional drinks if needed. The concierge to the greeting staff to the waiting on staff (particular mention to Finlay) were all an absolute delight. The food and the atmosphere were exceptional.
