- OTOpenTable DinerHouston •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoWow I cannot say enough about my wonderful experience at Toups Meatery. The food was fantastic. We ordered the Meatery board to start and the cracklins were probably the best I’ve ever had. They give those meateries in Scott a run for their money! (And I think they’d beat ‘em!) basically everything on that Meatery board was great. Then we got the pork chop and it was absolutely massive, and delicious. We also sat across from the window from the kitchen and I got a front row view to how chef Toups handles his business and it was such a cool experience to be able to see him run the kitchen. I can’t wait to tell my friends and recommend them to come here!More infoToups MeateryPrice: Expensive• Cajun• Mid-City / City Park•4.7

Roasted brie, filet, ribeye and asparagus were all incredible. Cheesecake and bread pudding were spectacular. The food is amazing and presented with an artful flair. The service is attentive without that annoying overkill, perhaps because a 20% gratuity is automatically added at checkout (less insecure servers). I also appreciate that there are some very affordable bottle wine selections that obviously someone skillfully selected. The sound level was a pleasant conversational buzz that let's you know that people are tastefully enjoying their meals and conversation.More infoCafé SbisaPrice: Moderate• Cajun• French Quarter•4.7
