In the heart of downtown Healdsburg, one of the country’s most accomplished chefs Kyle Connaughton, along with farmer and wife Katina Connaughton, host guests at SingleThread Farm-Restaurant-Inn, a 55-seat fine dining restaurant with five exclusive suites above the restaurant. Des plats raffinés et délicieux , un service à la hauteur ; seul petit bémol une carte assez réduite et des plats un peu chers . Mais la qualité était là. Je recommande !
