Yauatcha City a ouvert ses portes en mai 2015 à Broadgate Circle, tout juste à côté de la Liverpool Street Station. . C'est le deuxième emplacement de Yauatcha au RU dans la foulée du succès de son restaurant étoilé Michelin de Soho. Yauatcha City est ume maison de thé et de dim sum ouverte toute la journée où famille et amis se réunissent pour prendre de leurs nouvelles en dégustant une vaste sélection de dim sum, de plats au wok, du thé et des cocktails. Pour compléter la cuisine, la carte des boissons comprend près de 40 types de thé, ainsi que des cocktails inspirés par des ingrédients chinois et une carte élaborée de vins et de champagnes. Première pâtisserie autonome de Yauatcha, Yauatcha Pâtisserie, est située juste en dessous du restaurant, là où le patrimoine chinois et les techniques de cuisson modernes européennes ont inspiré l'équipe de pâtisserie pour créer une gamme de macarons uniques, des petits gâteaux et des chocolats.

Yauatcha Soho, au cœur de la dynamique ville de Londres, est un salon de thé au dim sum avec service continu qui propose une grande sélection de dim sum moderne et authentique, ainsi que des pâtisseries européennes et une impressionnante liste de thés, de vins et de cocktails. Hakkasan Hanway Place est le restaurant Hakkasan original. Le décor de ce restaurant chinois étoilé Michelin a été imaginé par le célèbre Christian Liaigre; des paravents en bois détaillés sculptés en chêne foncé anglais accompagnent la cuisine contemporaine du chef Tong Chee Hwee pour une expérience culinaire unique. La carte a une forte identité chinoise, inspirée de la cuisine cantonaise. En 2013, Hakkasan Hanway Place a débuté les « Dim Sum Sundays ». Pour 48 GBP ou 58 GBP par personne, vous pouvez savourer le dîner accompagné de la musique des DJ de Hakkasan, disponible tous les dimanches de 12h jusqu'à 18h30. At last another decent Chinese restaurant in SE London, there are so few. Very good food, clean, fresh, unadulterated with good ingredients. Rapid and effective service. Very good value. Some very good wines available although we did not drink them. Boring and sterile surroundings though, although convenient location wise. Otherwise recommended.

Delicious dim sum, the har gau and also lobster and caviar dumplings were particularly tasty. Dim Sum weekend menu is fab value for money. Lovely service. Looking forward to our next visit!

We made a booking for seven guests for my brothers birthday meal. We were given a nice warm greeting on arrival and had a nice table too. Our experience was an extremely pleasant one- the staff were attentive but not excessive. We had fresh cutlery placed inbetween our courses and the food arrived without us having to wait for long periods. We opted for the set menu, when some of the dishes arrived I initially thought the portions looked rather small- on reflection they were more than enough for us and as we werent able to finish everything we left with some nice grub to take home. The food here is flavoursome and good and without stereotyping it was nice to visit a Chinese restaurant where the food was not heavily loaded with MSG. We arrived ravenous and left happy and our stomachs more than content. We will definitely be going back and would 100% recommend this place.
