Best Caribbean Restaurants in Lido Beach

We went just after noon on a Saturday. Based upon previous experience passing the restaurant we expected to have to wait. Thankfully we were seated immediately. Our server Diamond was quite attentive and got our drinks quickly, took our orders. We were pleasantly surprised that she checked on us frequently until our meal was ready. The food came out hot and was absolutely delicious. Amazing food and service. It seemed almost impossible but they were incredible. We will be returning and recommending this as a spot to visit.

The customer service alone was a 10/10! From the waitress, busmen, manager & bartenders everyone was kind. We came to celebrate my mother’s birthday & the staff made my family feel so special. Thank you all for your accommodations, friendliness & genuine concern. The food & drinks was also amazing. The food was hot & everyone’s order was correct. If you need to celebrate any occasion make sure you do it at Puerto Plata Seafood on the Water!

The food and drinks were outstanding! The mac & cheese was spot on, and the oxtail empanadas were equally impressive. The drinks were fantastic as well. I will definitely be returning! The staff was wonderful too.

Had yet again a great time at NK restaurant. Went for brunch with a friend. Food was great ( I had the lamb chops as appetizers and my friend ordered wings). Our server Nigel, was great, friendly and thoroughly explained the menu to us. Our entrees were great as well. I ordered the codfish and ackee meal and my friend ordered grits. We were stuffed and satisfied. I’ll be back soon!

My best friend and I stopped here for a very needed girls night after a longgggg work day and it was such a vibe! The atmosphere was perfect—great energy, music that set the mood, and a trendy yet chill setting. We tried a little bit of everything since we read the reviews and settled for the jerk chicken, tacos and wings, and the curry goat. Every dish was REALLLLLLY GOOD. The jerk chicken had a lot of flavor and wasn’t too spicy which we liked, the tacos and wings wad a good starter, the curry goat was tender and delicious. The drinks were trendy and tasty—definitely a highlight of the night. Whether you’re out with your bestie or just want good food and drinks, this spot won’t disappoint. We’ll absolutely be back.
