We've been particularly impressed with the managers, who are always visible and proactive, even following up with us the next day to ensure we had a positive experience. The restaurant itself boasts a vibrant and modern atmosphere with energetic music that creates a lively ambiance. It's one of our absolute favorite spots for a night out. And the food? Simply delicious! Some of our must-tries include: SHRIMP AND SCALLOP SPRING ROLL: Light and flavorful, with a delightful dipping sauce. SATAY OF CHILEAN SEA BASS: Tender and succulent, perfectly cooked and seasoned. SPICY TUNA TARTARE: A vibrant and refreshing dish, served with crispy rice for added texture. CRISPY ORANGE CHICKEN: A classic for a reason – perfectly crispy and tangy. FILET MIGNON PEPPER STEAK: Cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful. My wife, our 5-month-old baby, and I recently dined at Brooklyn Chop House in Times Square, and I must say that the highlight of our evening was the exceptional service provided by Hellen. From the moment we were seated, her genuine care made our dining experience unforgettable. Hellen went above and beyond to ensure our meal was perfect. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she took the time to explain the menu while enthusiastically answering our questions. Whether she was suggesting the best pairings or checking in at just the right moments, Hellen’s professionalism was unmatched. The food was phenomenal, but Hellen’s energy and dedication truly elevated the entire evening. Dining at a busy Times Square restaurant with a 5-month-old baby during the holidays can be overwhelming, but Hellen made us feel like the most important guests in the house. The food was outstanding. Loved the sweet & sour prongs, the sea bass, the Frosé and Blue Hawaiian. The staff was nice but were kind of rushing us when we were trying to eat. Music was so good. DJ was definitely doing his thing!!

Food was excellent. They were advertising $10 specials on 4 certain appertizers at the front desk, which we ended up ordering but when I noticed it didn't show on the check the waiter kept saying it was for the bar only but we confirmed later that WASN'T the case!!!
