Best Cocktail Bars in Skokie

Cocktails are creative and playful. Service was amazing, they go out of their way to make sure you're happy. Loved the chill vibe, not at all pretentious. Will be back

Michelle (sp?) was our server and she was absolutely phenomenal. Her knowledge of the menu helped guide us in the direction that we wanted to go for the food that we wanted to eat. She was also conversational, but not overly so. She hung around long enough to be pleasant, but then left us to our own devices at appropriate times. For a server, timing is everything, and she had it! The food was also amazing! There’s a reason this restaurant is rated number two in the country for being restaurants. They do not disappoint! 

Always a go to neighborhood spot! High quality burgers and fun cocktails never disappoint.

The service at Pandan was impeccable. They treated us to celebratory bubbles, and both the vibes and the menu were immaculate. I personally recommend their takes on a classic vodka martini and an espresso martini for a wonderful twist on an old standby, and their Red Panda cocktail feels uniquely Pandan. Will definitely be back.

We started with the Cosmo Kramer! Was delish and colorful. The eggplant stack was good and a great deal for $10 at happy hour. For dinner we each had the prime New York strip. Delicious and cooked / seasoned perfectly. At $42, this was very close to a Perry’s, Morton’s or Gibson’s NY. A great value and nearly half the price of those other guys! They surprised us with a beautiful sparkler accompanied by a bday cheesecake. It was the perfect finish and sincerely appreciated . Live music came in as we were walking out. Definitely try this new restaurant out. Our waitress was super sweet and attentive. It was a wonderful experience!
