Installé dans une ancienne banque Merchants construite en 1920, le restaurant met en valeur les détails architecturaux du bâtiment de deux étages, orné d'une façade en verre et de sols et murs en marbre verde.
Dans les années 1940, Brown & Loe était à l'origine un bureau de courtier installé au deuxième étage du bâtiment de la Merchants' Bank.
